Foundation & Setting Application Form
Interment Rights Holders requesting to have an upright monument or flat maker installed at Cataraqui Cemetery must complete the required Foundation & Setting Application form and submit it, along with the appropriate fees, for Cemetery approval by cemetery Managment. Managment, in accordance with the established By-Laws of The Catararaqui Cemetery, ensure that all the upright mounuments and flat markers placed in Cataraqui Cemetery meet our standards for quality, appropriateness and size. Additionaly, it is the responsibility of Catraqui Cemetery to ensure that the Intermentn Rights Holder of record has authorizied, in writting, all memorialization that are to be placed at the interment site.
It shall remain the responsiblity of Cataraqui Cemetery to install all foundations for upright monuments and to set all flat markers. Installation of upright monuments remains the sole responsibility of the monument dealer. Should you have any concerns or questions about a monument foundation or marker setting, please contact us.
